Reservations lasting from one (1) night to six (6) nights that are cancelled more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be issued a refund of 100% minus a $10 cancellation fee, For cancellation of a reservation lasting from seven (7) nights to tweny-nine (29) nights that is canceled more than 72 hours prior to the arrival date will be ssued a 85% refund. For cancellation of a reservation lasting from seven (7) nights to tweny-nine (29) nights that is canceled less than 72 hours prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We offer partial refunds for long-term reservations lasting over twenty-nine (29) nights if the cancelation is made at least thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date. Reservations for long-term stays lasting over twenty-nine (29) nights will not receive a refund if the cancelation request is made less than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date,

We do not offer refunds for holidays or special events such as Fourth of July, Labor Day, Bannack Days, etc.

When you reserve a site with us, you are guaranteed a space that will accommodate your rig. Unless you lock in your site, specific spaces are not guaranteed and we reserve the right to move you to a different spot in the park that is the same length and has the same amenities as the original site booked. By locking in your site using the Lock Feature presented to you at check-out, you will not be moved from your chosen site to accommodate other guests. PLEASE NOTE: Even if locked, we do reserve the right to move your reservation to a different spot due to emergency maintenance and repairs. Any lock fees in this instance will be fully refunded.

We allow one rig and one tow vehicle per site. FREE overflow parking is available.
